All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or when you collect your vehicle. This document outlines the terms and conditions, insurance information, applicable charges, and your responsibilities regarding the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will be considered the authoritative document.
Eligibility Criteria
Rental Vehicle Requirements

A valid, full driving licence appropriate for the chosen vehicle is required, held for the duration outlined in the Rental Agreement. Booking and Payment Details
- Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or directly at our Larne office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. Full payment and a security deposit are usually required at the time of vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and incorporate VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of rental vehicle:
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities or purposes. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or other dangerous maneuvers. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting to others or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used as intended, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Operating outside of the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent allowed under English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Larne will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will be limited to the amount paid for the rental in the previous 12 months.
